Role Overview
The company is hiring a well-rounded Architectural Designer with 2 to 4 years of post-graduation experience and an architecture degree. The position involves work on a range of projects that reuse, repair, and update existing buildings and structures.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early design through delivery. You will collaborate regularly with principals, project managers, designers, and other colleagues through team meetings and direct one-on-one coordination.

A professional degree in architecture or a closely related discipline is expected, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in a comparable role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, and should bring strong abilities in design, visualization, and presentation.
The role also calls for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable to new tools and methods, and capable of communicating clearly, working well in a team, and solving problems effectively. Strong attention to detail is important, as is experience supporting projects from design development through construction administration.
Travel is required by car and/or airplane across the United States for periods ranging from a single day up to two weeks.
