What You’ll Do

You will oversee the store’s operations during your shift and help keep everything running smoothly. The role calls for a hands-on leader who sets expectations, follows company standards, and ensures the team does the same.

• Take charge of shift operations and maintain control over daily store activity
• Manage cost control, stock levels, cash handling, and customer interactions
• Lead by example and ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Support the team in delivering quality service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred
• A strong willingness to learn and work within established systems
• Ability to follow and demonstrate food safety and team safety practices
• Solid customer service abilities
• Must be at least 18 years old

Additional Information

California pay disclosure: compensation is the applicable minimum wage plus an additional $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, based on experience and how long you have been with the employer.
