About the Role
AD Ports Group’s logistics arm, Noatum Logistics, is an established supply chain and freight forwarding business with a strong international footprint. It provides integrated logistics, customs, project cargo, and international transport services across 33 countries, supported by a team of more than 1,680 professionals. The organization focuses on long-term client relationships and delivering reliable, high-quality logistics solutions.
Role Purpose
This position is centered on transferring commercial goods such as boxes, pallets, and cages between the logistics center and different destination points including shops, restaurants, lounges, and other terminal locations. The role also supports commercial concessionaires when items such as furniture, display materials, or stationery need to be moved in or out of the airport. The key objective is to ensure every delivery is handled quickly, safely, and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect incoming goods from concession partners and place them in the correct staging or storage area according to the stated procedures.
- Check delivered items for correct quantity and acceptable quality.
- Apply labels to products and organize them in the appropriate locations.
- Prepare received goods for customs scanning and related processes, and once scanning is complete, load the items into refrigerated vans or trucks for delivery to the relevant concession partners.
- Make sure deliveries reach concessionaires within the agreed time window.
- Support the sorting, unpacking, and movement of pallets and materials across the work area.
- Follow all required lock-out/tag-out steps during trailer loading and unloading.
- Work to the highest quality and HSE compliance standards at all times.
- Identify issues or concerns and escalate them to the Operations Supervisor for timely resolution.
- Understand, apply, communicate, maintain, and monitor the company’s EHS policy and objectives.
- Follow EHSMS requirements in line with Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety (OSHAD) / ISO 18001:2007.
- Comply with AD Ports QHSSE policy and take responsibility for personal health and safety.
Qualifications and Experience
The role requires a high school education and 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field. Candidates should have a basic understanding of warehouse practices and methods, familiarity with warehouse machinery and tools, and the physical ability to lift heavy items.
Language Requirements
Strong English communication skills are needed, along with knowledge of a sub-continent Asian language.
