Role overview

This position supports the store’s daily operations and helps ensure smooth running across service, people, stock, and compliance areas.

Key duties

• Support day-to-day store operations and service delivery.
• Assist with customer interactions and maintain a high standard of service.
• Help train and develop team members.
• Contribute to rostering and workforce planning.
• Monitor and manage stock levels.
• Prepare and review operational reporting.
• Follow and implement health, safety, and workplace procedures.
