Woolworths Group is seeking a full-time Baker for an on-site role in Bulli, New South Wales, Australia. The position is suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality baked goods, thrives in a lively bakery environment, and enjoys contributing to a team that develops talent and delivers excellent customer experiences.
Roster
This position follows a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, with shifts from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
What the role involves
You will play a key part in delivering fresh, high-quality baked products to customers every day. The bakery operates in a busy, energetic setting where team members share knowledge, build capability, and support one another’s growth so that baking skills continue to strengthen.
Key duties
- Prepare baked products that meet high standards of quality and freshness.
- Support a fast-moving bakery operation and work effectively as part of an engaged team.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Maintain a tidy, hygienic, and safe workspace in line with food handling expectations.
- Assist the bakery team with guidance, care, and a genuine focus on teamwork.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

A formal baking qualification is required, along with relevant work experience.
