Role Overview

The venue is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join the team. This role suits someone with at least 2 years of bartending experience in a similar establishment, a genuine interest in hospitality and people, solid wine knowledge, cocktail-making experience, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You should also be motivated to contribute to a team that is committed to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable, high-quality guest experiences at the bar.
• Prepare and serve wine, beer, cocktails, and other beverages with confidence and product knowledge.
• Manage stock effectively, including storage, display, and minimising wastage.
• Increase sales through informed recommendations and create warm, engaging connections with guests.
