Role Summary

This role is focused on leading porterage activities with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, while helping shape memorable guest experiences for residents of Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and take part in the handling and secure storage of arriving, departing, and stored luggage.
  • Greet residents and guests warmly, encourage hotel services and facilities, and offer guidance on the surrounding area.
  • Help ensure the hotel entrance and driveway function smoothly while following the hotel’s code of ethics.

  • Escalate guest complaints and any security-related issues to the Lobby Manager, and act proactively where appropriate.
  • Deliver service in accordance with brand SOPs, local SOPs, and LQA standards, while working toward management targets and quality goals.

  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
