Role overview
Fioreva Studio is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Doha, Qatar, to spearhead growth initiatives and help broaden the company’s client base across the market.
This opportunity suits a sales-focused professional who has handled business development in marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency environments.
What you will do
- Bring in new business leads, opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Reach out to prospective clients and start commercial conversations.
- Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and make persuasive sales pitches.
- Develop proposals and handle contract negotiations.
- Nurture durable relationships with clients over the long term.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and sales goals.
- Represent Fioreva Studio at networking functions and business meetings.
What the company is looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior exposure to marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Polished personal presentation and a professional appearance.
- Fluency in English; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
- A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
