Campus Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Campus Manager to run the Jain School of Future Technology campus in Kochi. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a conventional administrative job. The campus follows a work-integrated learning model in which students begin working on live industry projects from their first year, so the role is central to how the campus functions every day.

As Campus Manager, you will oversee the campus environment, coordinate mentors, and manage industry relationships. You will act as the connection point between student potential and the corporate ecosystem, helping ensure that the campus truly feels industry-aligned in practice.

What the Role Requires

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2+ years of corporate experience and a practical understanding of how professional environments operate. This position suits someone who is action-oriented, comfortable in a fast-moving setting, and capable of building relationships across age groups and seniority levels, from students to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the daily rhythm of the campus, keeping events, sessions, and assigned activities on track, and intervening quickly when something is delayed or off course. You will also coordinate mentors and faculty by scheduling sessions, sharing context, and ensuring students receive guidance when needed.

Another major part of the job is managing industry partnerships. This includes nurturing existing company relationships as well as creating new ones. In addition, you will monitor student experience and morale by observing when students need support, are losing focus, or are ready for bigger challenges, and you will take timely action.

You will also provide leadership with concise and practical updates on attendance, project progress, partnership health, and areas that need attention. The role also demands composure in unexpected situations, such as event disruptions or student issues, where quick and sensible problem-solving is expected.

In addition, they should provide one real example of an event, project, or partnership they built from the ground up.

Location

The position is based in Kochi, Kerala, India, at the campus in the Infopark tech belt.
