Role overview
This position is for an on-road courier in ground operations, responsible for handling dispatch, pickups, and deliveries across both domestic and international routes. The role is based in Delhi and is a Grade 4 position.
Key duties
- Collect and deliver parcels to different destinations within the required timelines.
- Use GPS tools and local route knowledge to choose efficient travel paths.
- Keep delivery and pickup documentation accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate professionally with customers and dispatch teams.
- Operate the delivery vehicle safely and carry out basic vehicle upkeep.
- Handle on-road ground operations, including dispatch, picking, packing, and both pickup and delivery work.
- Support international and domestic pickup/delivery activities as assigned.
- Provide customer service while completing courier assignments.
