Key Responsibilities

  • Spot opportunities for additional KPIs and performance measures that help teams better understand trends and results.
  • Coordinate reporting projects by defining requirements, tracking milestones, and delivering updates on schedule.
  • Work closely with Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to clarify data needs, fix data quality issues, and support planning with evidence.
  • Own recurring BI reporting work, contribute to at least one new KPI framework, and support the team’s use of AI-assisted workflows with tools such as Claude and Gemini.
  • Use AI and LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to speed up analysis, reduce repetitive work, and help draft documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics delivering practical insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong command of SQL, including advanced querying, issue troubleshooting, and work with warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms.
  • Solid project management ability with experience gathering requirements, setting milestones, managing risks, and independently delivering reporting work.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows, including writing prompts, checking AI-generated output, and incorporating results into analysis and documentation.
