Role overview

This permanent Document Controller position is based in Dublin, Ireland, and reports to the Director of Project Management. The role sits within Tate Europe and focuses on keeping project documentation accurate, controlled, and accessible across the full lifecycle of work.

Tate is an independent brand within Kingspan Group and has built a global reputation over more than 60 years for data centre infrastructure solutions and commercial office raised access floors. With more than $500m in revenue and 12 manufacturing sites across the US, Europe, and Australia, the company continues to invest in innovation, manufacturing capability, and sustainability through its Planet Passionate strategy.

What the role involves

You will manage the flow of project documentation in line with ISO requirements, client expectations, and internal policies. The role calls for exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to keep a structured document management system running smoothly and compliantly.

You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to make sure documentation is current, traceable, and available when needed. The position also includes improving processes, building and maintaining SOPs, supporting quality and ISO compliance, and helping define best practices as the organisation grows.

Key duties

Your work will cover document control, reporting, audits, change management support, and process improvement. You will be expected to safeguard document quality, escalate issues early, and help maintain delivery momentum on major international projects.

Strategic and process responsibilities

In addition to day-to-day control work, the role contributes to longer-term planning through accurate document handling, KPI tracking, and support for forecasting and performance monitoring. You will also help improve document flow by introducing more effective planning tools and methods.

Integrated management system responsibilities

This role requires adherence to Tate’s handbook, code of conduct, compliance policy, IMS policy, and all other applicable procedures. You will also be responsible for recognising how your work affects quality, health and safety, environmental, and product compliance outcomes, and for reporting concerns without delay.

Equal opportunity

Tate welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
