Overview
Suddora is seeking a resourceful and highly flexible E-Commerce Executive Assistant to support its US-facing operations and growth activities. This is a fast-moving role that involves handling a mix of operational, customer-facing, and marketing support tasks. The position is part-time and may evolve into a full-time role. Work is remote, but hours must align with EST.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions quickly and with a high standard of professionalism.
- Support daily e-commerce operations, including logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Assist with email marketing work such as campaign coordination, scheduling, and audience segmentation.
- Support social media management by scheduling content, interacting with the audience, and helping with basic marketing efforts.
- Take ownership of general executive assistant duties and complete priority ad hoc assignments independently.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting US e-commerce brands and serving US customers.
- Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms, helpdesk systems, and email tools.
- Ability to learn quickly, apply critical thinking, and work with minimal supervision.
- Comfort in ambiguous, changing environments where processes may need to be created or improved.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Additional Information
This role is remote and requires schedule alignment with Eastern Standard Time. It is designed as part-time employment with the possibility of moving into a full-time arrangement later on.
