About the internship

This in-office internship offers hands-on exposure to event planning and execution within a large media and entertainment organization. The role involves supporting upcoming projects and live events, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and handling day-to-day operational tasks that keep events running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Support the planning and organization of upcoming projects and events.
• Handle crew logistics and hospitality arrangements.
• Work with vendors, artists, and internal departments such as Accounts and Legal.
• Keep an updated vendor and venue database across India.
• Research and identify event-related requirements and sourcing options.
• Assist with administrative coordination, trackers, site recce planning, and meeting organization.
• Provide on-ground support during live events.

Skills and working style

The role calls for strong coordination and communication skills, working knowledge of Excel, and flexibility to travel or work during events and weekends.

Stipend

The internship pays between INR 7,000 and INR 10,000 per month.
