Role Overview
An opportunity is open for a Finance Manager to work with a major client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is based on-site and is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring more than 8 years of professional experience. Strong practical exposure to budgeting and accounting within the KSA public sector is essential, and candidates with SOCPA or CPA credentials are preferred.
The role calls for the ability to review and interpret Saudi government budgets, map and reconcile budget allocations across different GFS codes, and contribute to value-for-money analysis by connecting expenditure with outputs, efficiency, outcomes, and public value. Familiarity with public-sector accounting rules, government financial policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards is also required.
