About the Company

The GCC team is already more than 180 people and continues to grow as the company builds the technology, processes, and products needed to strengthen its position in the pre-owned car market.
Role Overview
The Floor Patroller will be responsible for keeping vehicle flow in the showroom smooth, organized, and customer-ready. This role supports sales and test drive operations by ensuring cars are prepared, moved, inspected, and parked correctly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare requested vehicles in advance and place them where they are needed before customer appointments.
- Work closely with the sales team so test drive cars are delivered quickly and customer waiting time stays low.
- Check that vehicles scheduled for test drives are clean, refueled when required, and safe to drive.
- Receive vehicles back after test drives, inspect them, and return them to the correct parking location.
- Escalate any vehicle defects or concerns noticed before or after test drives to the appropriate team.
- Oversee the movement and arrangement of around 350 vehicles across the showroom, display zones, customer parking, and storage spaces.
- Carry out frequent checks to make sure display vehicles always meet showroom presentation standards.
- Partner with the cleaning and detailing team to keep display and showroom vehicles in proper condition.
- Make routine rounds through the showroom parking areas to support efficient and safe operations.
- Watch the test drive area and coordinate with the right teams to quickly clear any blockage or operational issue.
- Spot and report safety risks, damaged cars, unauthorized parking, and other operational problems.
- Ensure vehicles are parked securely and locked whenever they are not being used.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong ability to move and park vehicles accurately.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Comfort handling several vehicle movement requests at the same time.
- Working knowledge of showroom and vehicle display operations.
