Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and client teams, you’ll support seamless implementations that set our customers up for long-term success.This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or BrisbaneAbout the RoleThe Implementation Manager is part of the Customer Success team and reports to the Senior Director, Customer Success APAC. This role provides strategic implementation leadership and project management support to Sales, Customer Success, and client teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Acting as a critical bridge between client needs and service delivery, the role manages complex, multi-geography implementations of TELUS Health solutions from planning through launch and follow-up.
