Role Overview

Triway-Technologies LLC is seeking a dependable IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer who can contribute strong technical expertise and support the company’s expanding operations. The role is centered on managing and maintaining core IT systems, with an emphasis on reliability, security, and hands-on ownership.

Key Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for administering infrastructure systems, supporting users and internal operations, and ensuring day-to-day IT stability. The position also involves monitoring systems, solving technical issues, and keeping technical records up to date.

Technical Focus Areas

• Microsoft-based environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Azure knowledge is preferred
• Server administration and general system management
• Storage administration and backup handling
• Network administration and troubleshooting
• Infrastructure monitoring and security-conscious operating practices
• Technical support and documentation

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works well with others, and is comfortable operating independently. A strong sense of ownership, careful attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving approach are essential. Professionalism, commitment, and dependability are highly valued. Prior experience in enterprise IT environments is preferred.

Location and Employment Terms

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and a visa will be provided. Candidates currently based in India who are prepared to relocate are also encouraged to apply. The position is offered as full-time, with contract engagement also possible depending on mutual fit.

Experience

A background of 3 to 5+ years is expected, although this may be flexible depending on the candidate’s capabilities.
