The Operations team is responsible for delivering QIMA’s services to clients while maintaining the company’s standards for quality in every assignment.

Role Summary

In this Quality Inspector role, you will report to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and support the Operations department. The main focus of the job is carrying out on-site product quality inspections for client merchandise.

Key Duties

• Review your email each day to collect the latest inspection documents.
• Arrive at inspection sites on schedule and communicate with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and oversee container stuffing as required by the process.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.

Qualifications

The right candidate should have a college degree or higher in apparel or a related field, along with a solid understanding of AQL standards and applicable safety and quality regulations. Strong written and spoken English is important, as are excellent attention to detail and high professional integrity.
