Role Overview

The company is looking for candidates for an International Voice Process role at the Associate or Senior Associate level. This opening is based in Ambattur, Chennai and is suited for applicants with 0 to 3 years of experience and any graduate qualification.

Shift, Pay, and Work Setup

• Work location: Chennai, Ambattur
• Interview location: Ambattur
• Shift timing: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Take-home pay: INR 19,000 per month plus incentives
• For experienced candidates, compensation will be finalized based on interview performance
• Notice period required: Immediate joiners only
• One-way cab drop is provided
• Food is arranged by the company

Responsibilities

• Handle international voice-based customer interactions in a professional manner
• Communicate clearly with customers using strong spoken and written English
• Maintain correct grammar, sentence structure, and pronunciation during calls
• Support BPO-related calling activities and related customer service tasks
• Follow process guidelines while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Any degree holder can apply
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience is acceptable
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Good grammar, sentence formation, and pronunciation
• Experience in BPO or related customer support work is preferred
• Neutral accent is preferred for voice handling
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Basic computer knowledge and working familiarity with Excel
• Exposure to APS retrieval calling or quality assurance will be an advantage
