Moderna Core is looking for an entry-level IT Support Analyst to work part time in a remote setup. This position supports internal staff and educational partners by delivering first-line technical help, resolving routine issues, and keeping everyday systems running smoothly.

What you'll do

Qualifications

• Capability to provide technical and help desk support to users in remote settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot common software, hardware, and network/connectivity concerns.
• Basic familiarity with desktop computers, operating systems, and initial setup/configuration tasks.
• Understanding of core IT concepts and standard user-support practices.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical matters in simple language.
• Strong organization for managing several tickets, setting priorities, and documenting work accurately.
• Interest in learning new systems and tools, with a growth-oriented mindset suitable for an entry-level role.
• Readiness to work part time remotely, with dependable internet access.
• Helpful background includes relevant study, certifications such as CompTIA A+, or hands-on IT support experience.
