Role overview
Salve.Lab is hiring an Office & Accounting Assistant to help keep everyday operations, administration, and accounting running smoothly in an international workplace. This position brings together office coordination, bookkeeping assistance, financial administration, and support for internal processes. It suits someone who enjoys working across different functions in a well-organized, detail-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver broad administrative support to local management and day-to-day business activities
- Create, format, maintain, and revise documents, reports, presentations, and written communication
- Track administrative follow-ups for projects, business tasks, and critical deadlines
- Handle inbound and outbound communication by phone, email, and mail
- Organize and keep internal records and documents structured and up to date
- Assist with HR-related tasks and administrative workflows
- Help plan, schedule, and coordinate operational work
- Process accounting entries and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and budget overviews
- Support cash flow planning and forecasting activities
- Assist with internal controls and compliance-related procedures
- Help improve administrative and finance-related processes
- Provide general office assistance across several business areas
Requirements
- Completed education, training, or certification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration is preferred
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP software such as SAGE, INFOR, or comparable systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Comfort managing several priorities and deadlines at once
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
