Role Overview

This position is for an OpenShift Administrator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role calls for more than seven years of hands-on experience managing OpenShift environments in an enterprise setting.

Core Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, refresh, and oversee OpenShift cluster environments.
• Continuously observe and support the health of OpenShift infrastructure.
• Apply platform security measures and manage user and system access.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to clusters, networking, storage, and application deployments.
• Assist with integrating OpenShift into CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster recovery readiness, and platform performance optimization.
• Configure and maintain ingress, routes, load balancing, and persistent storage components.
• Maintain service availability, scalability, and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Provide support during production incidents and scheduled change operations.

Certification Requirement

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration certification is required.
