Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete order lifecycle, from initial placement through to final delivery.
• Continuously track the real-time movement of orders, ensuring prompt fulfillment across all sales platforms.
• Collaborate with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery departments to achieve service level objectives.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts with procurement and external suppliers.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, including cancellations, refunds, and delivery challenges.
• Update and maintain product details, pricing information, and stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, cancellation rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on operational performance for management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a preference for candidates with UAE/GCC experience.
• Demonstrate practical experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or comparable systems.
• Be knowledgeable about last-mile delivery providers operating in the UAE, such as Aramex, Fetchr, or Naqel.
• Exhibit proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report generation.
• Previous experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly beneficial.
• Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Show the capacity to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

This is an outsourced role with a contract duration of 12 months, which is extendable.
