Role overview

This position is for a Principal AI Architect who will shape the architecture of AI/ML platforms and lead the creation of cloud-native solutions spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves guiding the technical direction for advanced AI systems such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI, while also remaining deeply involved in implementation.

What you will do

• Define and own the technical architecture for AI/ML platforms and enterprise-scale AI products.
• Lead design and delivery of solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI patterns.
• Build and support cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Contribute hands-on to development, MLOps, and DevOps practices.
• Guide engineering teams and help them deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Set the technical strategy and align architecture decisions with business needs.

What the role requires

• Strong expertise in AI and ML, including modern generative AI approaches such as LLMs and RAG.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, Java, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps and MLOps workflows.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing stakeholder expectations.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
