Role Summary

The company is seeking a proactive, practical Project Manager who can oversee multiple active and upcoming construction projects. This position calls for strong on-site judgement, close coordination with vendors and internal teams, and the ability to manage work from planning through completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Applicants should have around 1.5 to 2 years of experience in construction or site execution.
• A solid understanding of construction methods and materials is essential.
• Candidates must be willing to work full-time on site in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Be present at the site every day to oversee ongoing construction work.
• Lead labour teams and keep daily progress aligned with the schedule.
• Check construction materials regularly to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure workmanship remains strong across all phases of the project.
• Create weekly work plans and execution schedules.
• Share routine progress updates with senior engineering leadership.
• Coordinate effectively between consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help resolve issues quickly and keep communication smooth across all stakeholders.
• Oversee plantation and landscaping work so it matches the project plan and timeline.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities as needed.
• Track material consumption and support cost control.
• Manage labour and site resources efficiently.
• Maintain productivity while upholding safety and quality expectations.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfort with handling day-to-day site challenges independently.

Milestone-based performance bonuses are available for key delivery points, including completion of the layout construction and completion of the model farmhouse. These incentives are tied to both timely delivery and quality of work.
