Role Overview
Aavas Financiers is looking for a Relationship Officer in Ahmedabad (Narol) for a field-sales focused role. Freshers who are interested in direct sales are welcome to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Find and source prospective home-loan customers through area visits, referrals, and local market understanding.
- Assess customer needs and clearly present suitable product options in a persuasive manner.
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities such as understanding client expectations, spotting new business opportunities, and capturing customer requirements accurately.
- Address customer questions and resolve issues in a timely way.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Sales-focused mindset with a strong interest in customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers directly.
- Interested in building long-term relationships with customers.
- Good communication, coordination, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
