Role Summary
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The SEO Specialist will strengthen organic search performance by researching keywords, auditing technical and on-page SEO factors, and improving website content and structure. The role also involves coordinating link-building efforts, partnering with content and marketing teams, and using analytics to monitor results and uncover improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research keywords and identify search opportunities that can improve visibility and traffic.
- Review technical, on-page, and content-related SEO factors and implement corrective actions.
- Enhance website pages and site structure to support stronger search rankings.
- Oversee link-building initiatives, including outreach and backlink quality management.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to apply SEO best practices across campaigns.
- Measure performance through web analytics tools and turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Prepare recurring SEO reports that summarize progress, issues, and next steps.
- Keep up with search algorithm changes, competitor movements, and industry trends to maintain optimization momentum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience conducting SEO audits across technical, on-page, and content areas.
- Working knowledge of link-building methods and backlink quality control.
- Ability to use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO software tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar products.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, along with how site architecture affects search performance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting abilities with close attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for working in a hybrid, cross-functional setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Prior exposure to B2B, outsourcing, or service-led businesses and knowledge of US, Canadian, or Indian markets is an advantage.
