Senior Implementation Consultant

Role overview

This position sits within a fast-scaling SaaS business that helps organisations automate important operational workflows. The consultant will be responsible for leading enterprise-level implementations from start to finish, acting as a reliable partner to customers and working closely with internal teams to deliver successful launches and lasting adoption.

The role is highly customer-facing and requires ownership of the full delivery journey, from early discovery through go-live and post-launch support, while also resolving technical and process-related issues along the way.

Key responsibilities

• Own SaaS projects throughout the complete lifecycle, including discovery, solution planning, setup, launch, and after-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops to understand customer needs and convert them into practical, scalable system solutions.
• Set up workflows, integrations, data mappings, and platform configuration details.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Track project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Investigate and resolve technical as well as operational issues.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver strong outcomes.
• Support customer adoption and help teams realise value from the platform.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementations end-to-end.
• Practical knowledge of configuration, workflows, integrations, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, ERP platforms, finance tools, or automation software.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation consulting or solution delivery.
• Background in managing complex software rollouts.
• Strong capability in gathering requirements, mapping processes, and designing solutions.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems, finance workflows, or AP automation is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder handling and escalation management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.

The advertised package includes a salary of €80K and a bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.
