Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia calls for a proactive Store Manager to run the daily activities of the retail outlet. The role involves supervising staff, keeping customers satisfied, managing stock levels, and working toward sales objectives. The manager will also guide the team, reduce retail losses, track sales results, and introduce improvements that make store operations more efficient. Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering the high standard of service associated with Admark Creative Co. are central parts of the job.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store management and in coordinating everyday store operations with staff supervision. A strong background in customer service and a proven ability to deliver a positive customer experience are important. Good communication skills are needed for interacting effectively with both shoppers and employees. Experience with retail loss prevention is valuable, along with strong organization, problem-solving ability, and a performance-driven approach.
