About the Role

Human8 is seeking a Strategy & Implementation Lead to join its Client Teams department in the US. This role is pivotal in guiding organizations to develop and execute customer-centric strategies. The team specializes in brand strategy, change management, and human-centered innovation, helping clients align their internal operations, behaviors, and communications to prioritize a customer-first approach. The Lead will provide strategic direction and ensure successful delivery on complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead client consulting projects across various strategic initiatives, ensuring recommendations lead to measurable business outcomes and lasting impact within client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market, cultural, and consumer insights to identify distinct growth opportunities and define brand territories.

  • Oversee the end-to-end activation of brand and creative strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective market launch.

  • Drive innovation pipelines by pinpointing unmet needs, validating concepts, and articulating value propositions.

  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with the Account Strategy team, serving as a subject matter expert to support client discussions and proposal development.
  • Identify client needs and propose solutions to generate additional business opportunities within existing engagements.
