Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position involves collaborating with experts to simulate and assess wholesale supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency and scalability. You will evaluate and optimize freight distribution schedules and vendor SLAs for global procurement scenarios, and provide real-world input on purchasing processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiation. A key part of this role will be reviewing and critiquing AI-generated documentation to ensure accuracy and industry relevancy, and offering actionable feedback to enhance the logical reasoning of AI systems in supply chain contexts. You will also analyze logistics workflows and recommend improvements aligned with wholesale best practices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in end-to-end supply chain management, with a focus on wholesale, logistics, and global procurement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and optimizing vendor SLAs and freight distribution schedules.
• Have a proven history of success in purchasing, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, crucial for project success.
• Be capable of delivering detailed, structured feedback and clear documentation.
• Show strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a solution-oriented approach.
