Role Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager. The position is focused on keeping supply chain activities running smoothly while supporting broader business goals.
What You Will Do
- Supervise day-to-day supply chain operations across planning, sourcing, inventory, and logistics.
- Build and maintain demand forecasts to support efficient operations and stock planning.
- Track inventory levels and help ensure materials and products remain available when needed.
- Coordinate procurement activities and work closely with suppliers to strengthen vendor relationships.
- Oversee logistics and distribution tasks to support timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Review operational data and key performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and apply process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align supply chain execution with company objectives.
- Support smooth flow of products and materials throughout the supply chain network.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience or capability in demand planning and forecasting to improve operational performance and inventory balance.
- Solid analytical ability and comfort working with data to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
- Strong background in supply chain management and inventory control.
- Hands-on understanding of procurement and supplier coordination.
- Working knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
- Well-developed organizational skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay effective in a remote setup.
- Exposure to supply chain systems, ERP tools, and reporting platforms is an added advantage.
Education Preference
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
