Role overview

As a Training Associate under the Tamheer program, you will help coordinate and support training activities across the business. This opportunity is well-suited to a recent graduate who wants to start a career in learning and development, employee training, and HR support.

Key responsibilities

  • Help organize training initiatives that match business objectives.
  • Manage the operational side of training, including scheduling, sending calendar invites, recording attendance, and gathering participant feedback.
  • Prepare learning materials, slides, and other training content.

  • Assist with simple reports and dashboards that measure training activity and outcomes.

Requirements
