Workday Technical Consultant

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday web services.
• Develop both inbound and outbound data flows between Workday and external applications.
• Create reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to meet business and operational needs.
• Work on Workday Extend applications wherever required.
• Configure integration components and investigate as well as resolve technical issues.
• Design and maintain custom reports for business users.
• Carry out unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production rollout tasks.
• Track integration schedules and handle issues that arise in production.
• Partner with functional consultants and stakeholders to capture technical requirements.
• Prepare technical design documentation and provide support across implementation, enhancement, and production support phases.
