Role Overview

This internship involves managing animal welfare complaints through various communication channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and website submissions. The intern will register and update case details using the Pukaar system, coordinate efforts with field teams, veterinarians, and partner organizations, track case progress, and ensure timely resolution. Providing assistance to callers by sharing relevant service information and maintaining meticulous records to prepare operational reports are also key parts of the role.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be available to commit full-time onsite for a duration of three months, specifically from late June to early August 2026. Candidates must be residents of Delhi and possess the necessary skills and enthusiasm for this position. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, basic computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, professional phone handling manner, solid documentation expertise, and an interest in animal welfare combined with community service are essential.

Compensation & Other Details

This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between 5,000 and 8,000 INR. There are two openings available for this position. The deadline to apply is July 30, 2026.
