Role Overview

As a Baker, you will help deliver the bakery’s freshness promise. You’ll begin the day with an empty space and finish with artisan breads and treats ready for the community. This position is ideal for a friendly, curious, energetic team player who wants to contribute, learn, and make a positive impact. Prior baking experience is not required; the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team to prepare and bake products each morning using established recipes.
• Keep the bakery clean and help create a positive experience for customers.
• Review production schedules and recipes, measure and combine ingredients, shape dough, and manage products through the oven process.

Requirements

• Comfortable starting early and able to work on your own or with a small team.
• Proud to represent the bakery’s products and community contribution.
• Positive attitude with strong organization skills.
• Committed to team success, bakery performance, and your own growth.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously throughout the shift.
• Regular lifting and carrying of up to 22 kg.
• Frequent turning and reaching.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and forward bending.
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, plus occasional forceful gripping.
