About the Role

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker for its Oklahoma City location. The bakery brand has been serving freshly baked bagels every day since 1995 and emphasizes creating a positive, upbeat experience for both guests and team members. It also places strong importance on work-life balance, with stores closing at 2:00 PM so team members can keep their evenings free.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be among the first team members on site and help prepare the bagels that define the brand. You’ll begin early in the morning, including shifts that may start as early as 3:00 AM, and support the daily flow of bakery operations.

• Keep the bagel wall and pastry display stocked so products are available throughout each shift.
• Assist the team with guest service tasks such as taking orders and preparing sandwiches.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage service, and overall cleanliness.
• Help create a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep morning operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate can handle a busy, fast-moving environment and is comfortable with varied schedules based on business needs. This position may include early mornings and weekend shifts. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and may need to clear a background check in line with applicable laws. A valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, and may be required at certain locations depending on company driving standards.
