Overview
Bank of America is hiring for the role of Balance Management & Analysis in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. This is an Officer-level position within Global Operations, supporting sales and trading/underwriting activities across securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, and over-the-counter derivatives. The role involves research, reporting, and analytical support under general supervision, along with support for Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) refresh activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep client portfolio records accurate by using internal and external comparison tools.
- Carry out research and moderate-level analysis using established methods, including work involving special handling and exception cases.
- Look for ways to improve workflows, reduce risk exposure, and strengthen the client experience.
- Work closely with trade support, sales support, and external agents to complete operational tasks.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support client reporting and regulatory reporting needs.
- Flag potential risks and exposures to the manager promptly.
- Support ad hoc projects, new procedures, and initiatives that require coordination across subject matter experts and different product or functional areas.
Required Skills and Experience
The role calls for strong Microsoft Excel capability, along with the ability to handle data, perform analysis, and support operational accuracy. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Access, is preferred. Experience in financial services is also desirable.
