Role Overview
This position is focused on business analysis for compliance-related systems. You will translate business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements, work closely in an agile environment, support testing and rollout activities, and help ensure smooth application support for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and organize business as well as regulatory requirements for compliance applications.
- Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within an agile development process.
- Design and run test cases and validate system changes.
- Handle second-level support for applications and business units.
- Support functional deployments, including user guides and training content.
- Contribute actively to internal innovation efforts.
What You Need
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar discipline.
- Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst in compliance environments within financial institutions.
- Practical understanding of functional requirement gathering and process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with test case preparation and execution.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum or SAFe, along with test management certifications, are advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, paired with an independent, goal-driven approach.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
