Join Hack The Box as a Business Development Representative and help strengthen cyber resilience by connecting the company with the right business prospects. In this role, you will be the first touchpoint for potential customers across the DACH region, with a particular emphasis on Germany. Your work will center on researching target accounts, reaching out through structured outreach, and identifying opportunities where the company’s cybersecurity solutions can create value.

You will also help keep the sales pipeline organized, predictable, and high quality by running discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs early, and partnering with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and outreach programs. By handing over well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives, you will directly support the effectiveness of the broader sales organization.
