Role overview
BMC is hiring a Business Development Representative for its Digital Center of Excellence in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on building strong sales pipeline activity and supporting the field sales team in creating new revenue opportunities.

What you will do
- Work closely with the field sales team to shape territory coverage and identify new business opportunities with both prospective and existing customers.
- Use digital sales tools to convert inbound and outbound interest into qualified opportunities for field sales representatives.
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation and help the sales team move deals forward more efficiently.
- Research target accounts and connect with key decision-makers through thoughtful, persistent outreach.
- Make enablement and training part of your everyday routine.
