Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhopal for a Caller. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, communicating service information to prospective and existing clients, and supporting campaign-related coordination. You will also maintain call records, keep CRM or call logs updated, and carry out regular follow-ups to nurture leads and collect feedback.

The position requires close coordination with sales and marketing teams to ensure call scripts stay aligned with active campaigns and brand communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken communication and active listening, along with a confident and professional phone manner.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Excel, call logs, and spreadsheet-based tracking.
• Ability to understand brand communication and interest in media, marketing, or digital content.
• Strong coordination and organization skills to manage call volume, follow-ups, and records efficiently.
• Comfort in using English and Hindi, or relevant local languages, for communication with varied audiences.
• A minimum of a 10th/12th-level education is expected, while a graduation degree in any stream is preferred.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and work with cross-functional teams.
