Role overview

This opening is for an experienced C/C++ Developer with strong exposure to telecom and contact center systems. The position calls for practical experience in building scalable, high-performance solutions using VoIP, SIP, and call routing technologies, along with strong Linux-based system programming and performance tuning capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support robust applications in C and C++ with a focus on speed and reliability.
• Create efficient multithreaded solutions and optimize memory usage where needed.
• Develop system-level components in Linux and Unix environments.
• Work with socket-based communication and inter-process communication mechanisms.
• Contribute to telecom products covering SIP, RTP, VoIP, call control, and routing logic.
• Support contact center capabilities such as IVR, CTI integrations, and messaging or notification workflows.
• Investigate difficult technical issues and use tools such as gdb and valgrind for debugging.
• Improve overall system performance, scalability, and dependability.
• Use Make and CMake to compile, build, and deploy code.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery setup.
• Manage source code through Git.
• Connect backend services with SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Required experience and capabilities

• Strong hands-on programming ability in C and C++.
• Practical knowledge of STL, threading, and memory handling.
• Ability to debug issues and tune application performance.
• Working experience in Linux or Unix environments.
• Good command over socket programming and IPC.
• Understanding of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols.
• Exposure to call routing, call control, and telecom platform development.
• Familiarity with IVR and CTI-based solutions.
• Experience with SMS or notification systems.
• Additional familiarity with UI elements such as draggable icons will be considered a plus.
