What you will do

• Keep customer-facing spaces, toilets, the bar, kitchen, team areas, and outdoor sections clean and orderly.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties in line with established procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely.
• Track stock of cleaning supplies and inform the manager when replenishment is needed.
• Escalate maintenance concerns and pest-control issues to the manager on duty.
• Interact with guests in a courteous manner, including basic greetings and farewells.
• Complete induction, role-based, and refresher training, while helping support ongoing improvements.
