Role overview
This contract opportunity is centered on helping a secure crypto product expand its presence in Japan through educational and community-focused content. The work involves creating short-form videos that explain wallet security, self-custody, and safe crypto habits for Japanese audiences. The goal is to build trust, increase awareness, and support longer-term crypto adoption locally, beginning with Ledger Nano X.
Key deliverables
- Plan, create, and deliver short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a focus on crypto security, self-custody, and safe usage practices for a Japanese audience.
- Adapt learning material so it feels natural, culturally relevant, and linguistically appropriate for users in Japan.
- Contribute to content strategy discussions aimed at improving reach and engagement within the Japanese crypto community.
- Track audience trends and feedback, then use those insights to refine future content and respond to new topics in the crypto space.
- Engage with the community in a professional and timely way by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Japan’s crypto ecosystem, social media environment, and cultural context.
- Proven ability to produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar channels.
- Good command of crypto fundamentals, including wallet security and self-custody best practices.
- Ability to explain technical or complex subjects in a clear, approachable, and credible style.
- Must be based in Japan and have awareness of local trends plus a relevant local network.
- Self-driven, well organized, and comfortable working independently to deadlines.
