Role Overview

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or another closely related field is required.
• Candidates should have at least 7 years of professional experience in relevant contract and procurement work.
• Experience must include drafting and reviewing RFPs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Strong background in government procurement and tendering processes is necessary.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Etimad Platform and Saudi Government Procurement Law is required.
• The role also calls for experience in contract evaluation and contract administration.
• Applicants should be able to prepare and assess contract terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement, competition procedures, and contracting regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
