Overview

Join a restaurant and bar team in Sherwood Park, Alberta as a cook. This is a full-time, on-site role where all duties must be carried out at the physical workplace.

Experience

You should have between 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook full meals as well as single dishes and individual menu items.
• Prepare food for guests who have allergies or dietary sensitivities.
• Follow a dietitian’s or chef’s direction when making specialty meals for patients.
• Place orders for ingredients, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
• Track stock levels and keep accurate records for food, supplies, and equipment.
• Keep kitchen spaces and work areas clean and sanitary.
• Set up buffet service and banquet meals.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen activity and workflow.
