Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting meaningful patterns, and turning numbers into practical business insights. This is a full-time position based onsite in Australia.

Key Duties

Gather, clean, arrange, and evaluate information from a variety of business data sources.
Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that highlight important findings.
Detect trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities through data exploration.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting datasets.
Work with teams across functions to support analysis and reporting needs.
Help refine reporting routines and improve data-handling workflows.
Record the methods used, important metrics, and reporting conventions.

Desired Profile

Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
Some understanding of Python or R would be a plus.
Careful attention to detail along with solid organization skills.
Clear communication and a cooperative, proactive working style.
