Role Summary

The driver is responsible for transporting hotel guests safely and professionally to airports, attractions, business destinations, and other locations. The role also includes helping guests with baggage, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering courteous service at all times.

Key Duties

• Transport guests between the hotel and airports, tourist spots, business venues, and other destinations.
• Support guests with luggage and personal items when needed.
• Drive hotel vehicles responsibly while following traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Stick to planned routes and make passenger safety and comfort a priority.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks each day.
• Welcome guests politely and present a neat, professional image.
• Share hotel details and local area information when asked.
• Respond to guest questions in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Track arrival and departure timing for trips and transfers.
• Keep records for mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activity.
• Make sure vehicle registration, insurance, and required permits remain valid.
• Comply with hotel safety and security rules.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or suspicious behavior.
• Work closely with front office, concierge, and guest services teams.
• Support special occasions, VIP movements, and group transport needs.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving history, good knowledge of local roads and destinations, strong customer service ability, clear communication skills, solid time management, punctuality, basic vehicle care knowledge, and a polished professional manner.
